The recruitment policy of MESA can be summarized as follows: “To select the candidate most fitting and qualified for the position based on the outcomes of the tests and interviews performed to evaluate the personal and professional skills and competence of the candidate in accordance with the needs of the company and requirements of the position and capacity building requirements of the existing staff.”

The interested candidates may apply online through our website or via For submission and initial application, the applicants must obtain a username and password from our website and enter their personal backgrounds. The applicants who have previously entered their personal backgrounds or who are currently a member of may log in to our website by entering their usernames and passwords and may apply for positions posted on the site under “Vacant positions”.

A full and individual initial evaluation is conducted for all resumes and curricula vitae submitted in response to our General Application announcement for positions that may be open in the future. However, resumes and curricula vitae submitted online in electronic format in response to our job opportunities announcements other than general application shall be reviewed and evaluated only for the position applied.

Job applications submitted by fax or post or via e-mail shall not be taken into consideration in order to maintain the database for candidates in an updated and efficient manner. Job application forms submitted online in electronic format can only be viewed by the Human Resources Department of MESA. All applications received by MESA are evaluated in conformance with the confidentiality requirements.
